Eligible seecurities from your external brokerage can be transferred into Double through the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS)
We currently support full and partial account transfers of eligible securities
How to Transfer into Double
Use the Transfer Funds button in the Double app at any time to initiate an Account Transfer.

Upload your most recent account statement from the external brokerage and submit. Our support team ([email protected]) will reach out to you on next steps including whether you’d like to request a full or partial account transfer.
How long does it take?
After the request is received, it typically takes 5-7 business days for assets to be settled in your Double account. You will be able to manage the assets with Double as soon as the transfer process is complete.
Are there fees to transfer my assets into Double?
Your external brokerage may charge you a transfer fee to transfer your assets. Please check with your brokerage for details. There is no fee from Double.
